delete
Remove specified rows from data.
Usage
delete [RANGE]
RANGE
Comma separated column indices (0 based). Ranges can
also be specified with a colon.range = comma separated range of row indices (0 based) e.g.
Examples
Delete the rows 1-5 and 10-15 (inclusive) of a CSV file:
/csv/delete 1:5,10:15/?url=http://static.london.gov.uk/gla/expenditure/docs/2012-13-P12-250.csv
